音声が出ない　「Dummy audio output」のみ表示される

はじめまして。
先日Linux　Mint をインストールしました。
音がPCのスピーカーから出力されず、困っています。
正直、コマンドなんかもあんまりわかっておらず、わかる範囲でいろいろ試したのですが、治りません。
どなたか自分の設定の悪いところや、解決法などわかる方いらっしゃるでしょうか。

都度、必要な情報あれば開示しますので、どなたか助けていただけると本当にありがたいです。

私はLMDE7を使っていますが、コメントがつかない様なので。

「Dummy audio output」のみ表示される

これはどこに表示されているのでしょうか？

ようこそ、LinuxMintの世界へ
設定→サウンド→サウンドテスト・・・で音出ししてみましょう。

右下のスピーカーマークをクリックして、サウンドの設定を開くと、デバイスにdummy output が表示されます

Intel Corporation CM238 HD Audio Controller 用のドライバーがうまくロードできていないというような投稿がネットで出てきます。

解決法は snd_soc_avs をブラックリストに追加するようです。

/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf を下記の内容で作るか、既にあれば追記してください。

options snd-hda-intel model=auto
blacklist snd_soc_avs

追加後、再起動すればたぶん音が出るのではないでしょうか。
